Hi, I’m Adnan — originally from Albania, living in Germany since 2020.
Intro
My journey in Germany started with a vision to grow – not just academically, but professionally. As an International Management student, I quickly realized that theory alone wouldn’t be enough. I craved the pace, the pressure, the problem-solving – and I found it in real-world projects.
My Story
I began by working with Young Talents GmbH, coordinating logistics and leading teams across major trade fairs and 5-star hotels. From day-one execution to mentoring new hires, I learned how to stay accountable and deliver under pressure. That experience grounded me in structure, communication, and service – qualities I now bring into every digital project.
Later, I completed a structured 300-hour internship at Mercadatos S.A.S., where I worked on digital marketing campaigns, built content calendars, and sharpened my research and strategy skills. It was a step that taught me how to align with business goals and contribute with purpose and precision.
Today, I’m building Planet Glow – my own e-commerce store focused on baby essentials and soft parenting. I’ve touched every layer: product research, brand design, SEO content, backend optimization. It’s a hands-on process that continues to shape how I think, create, and serve.
How I Work
I value clarity, consistency, and purpose. I don’t just complete tasks – I build systems that support long-term growth. Whether I’m setting up a product page, analyzing user behavior, or writing copy, I work with intention and structure, so the end result feels seamless.
What Drives Me
Throughout my journey, my focus has always been to serve the end customer – not just the agency, brand, or platform I’m working through. Whether I’m on the floor of a trade fair or behind the screen designing a digital experience, I care about making things feel effortless, intuitive, and human.
Where It All Started
Before any of this, I grew up chasing a different dream – to become a professional football player. I started playing at age six, later joining a pro sports school in Durrës. I had a strong run in Albania’s First League with the U17 and U19 squads and even played for IFK Sunne in Sweden’s Division 3. But at 17, a serious injury forced me to step away from the sport.
That turning point pushed me toward something I had always been curious about: sales and marketing. I started as a junior broker with BlueOcean CC, introducing new cryptocurrency projects and guiding clients through investment processes. After a year, I returned home to support our family’s convenience store in Pukë – where I took on daily business responsibilities and customer engagement firsthand.
Eventually, I decided to push beyond comfort – to challenge myself academically and professionally abroad. That step brought me to Germany, where I began reshaping my path through studies, internships, and now my own entrepreneurial venture.
